Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email and payment is processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting as cancellations may not always be possible once accepted.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery to UK addresses typically takes 8–15 days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

BloomKids is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with BloomKids. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and BloomKids.
