Thank you for shopping with BloomKids! We want to make sure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a second email containing your tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Occasionally delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control such as severe weather or public holidays.
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at support@bloomkids.co.uk and we will investigate immediately.
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. No minimum order value required.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery progress. Please allow 2–5 days after dispatch for tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
Customs and Import
BloomKids ships from overseas suppliers directly to your UK address. All applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in your product price — there are no hidden charges or surprise fees at delivery.
Lost or Damaged Orders
We take great care to ensure your order is packaged securely. However if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@bloomkids.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of any damage (if applicable)
We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. BloomKids is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realise you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@bloomkids.co.uk — we will do our best to update it before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
